Sexy Slip

I’m so upset and disappointed with this item and the customer service I’ve received. I initially left a glowing review, absolutely happy with my purchase. After the first wash, the hems of the slip twisted. It happens so I reached out requesting a replacement. I could’ve never imagined that rather than receive an apologetic or, at the very least, helpful response that I’d be told that “it’s a best seller” as if that somehow negates the problem that is clearly visible in pictures provided. Helen is hands down the worst customer service rep I’ve ever had the misfortune to communicate with. Once the gaslighting tactic didn’t work, she just stopped responding. I emailed and called several times with no response. It wasn’t until I made it clear that I’d file a claim with my credit card that she deigned to respond assuring me that a new slip was shipped “as a one time courtesy”. As if them sending me a defective product is somehow my fault and they are merely being courteous by fixing their poor quality item. I received the new slip and washed it only to have the same result. Twisted hems. What’s Helen’s response? The same tactic as before claiming that the slip being “cut on a bias” negates the twisted hems! The funny thing is that I bought another slip (the design with lace at the top) from Saks and the same thing happened. Luckily, they actually care about their customers and took care of the issue. I’m so beyond disappointed, as I thought I’d found my go-to clothing brand. I have a couple of items that I purchased from other retailers (including a gorgeous slip) that are amazing. Unfortunately, the poor quality of most of the items I’ve purchased coupled with the abhorrent customer service treatment make Skin a hard pass for me. Will never repurchase and will never recommend.

I’m officially obsessed with this brand. This slip is a new addition to my Skin collection and I couldn’t be happier with it. Ridiculously soft and comfortable, plus, the straps stay in place! It runs a little large (I’m a 34 DD and got a size 2) but I don’t mind. Makes it even more comfy to sleep in.

I have several of these fab slips in different colors. I really wanted the beautiful blue featured in your ad to add to my collection, but alas it must be sold out? I wear with leggings as a long undershirt paired with linen shirt, or it’s good under dresses as well. And you can sleep in it ! I agree this slip runs pretty large. I take an XS in this and usually wear small.

I love this gown. It feels so soft on my skin. It breathes because it’s quality cotton. It’s comfortable and I feel pretty when I wear it.
