RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your Skin purchase. If not, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange for eligible items ordered through our website.

Returns and exchanges: Accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Item Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
- Final Sale: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping Fees: $6.99 deducted from refund.
Exchanges: Free
Skin Worldwide reserves the right to determine if returned items are in saleable condition.
HOW TO RETURN - US orders
Start your return or exchange through our Returns Portal
Steps:
- Enter your order number and zip code.
- Select item(s) to return or exchange.
- Choose your refund or exchange option.
- Print and attach the return label.
- Pack items (unworn, tags attached) with your invoice copy.
- Drop off your package using the designated carrier.
For exchanges, your new item ships once the returned item is received. If your preferred size or style is unavailable, we’ll contact you with alternatives.
Note: Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories aren’t eligible for FedEx return labels. Please contact customer service for assistance.
