We check our messages daily and our goal is to respond within 24 hours Monday-Friday. If you did not hear from us, please check your spam or promotions folder in case our email did not get to your inbox.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.
US Orders: We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your order for a refund or exchange. We accept online returns of non-sale, unworn/unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached within 30 days of your order receipt. We do not accept returns on underwear due to our strict hygiene policy.
All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect back onto your account. Merchandise is returnable at customer's expense.
International Orders: At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.
SALE
Sale items cannot be combined with other promotions. All sale items are final sale.
Our return process is convenient and easy. Included with each purchase is a form with instructions for returning your purchase. Returns are at the customer's expense. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

Your package will be shipped by UPS and the tracking code will be emailed to you after every purchase. Please note, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Free Standard US Shipping (3-5 business days) excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico shipping is $25. UPS Next Day Air is $29.99. Orders must be placed Monday-Thursday by 10:00 AM ET for express delivery.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not already included in product prices. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility.
